2030 Hive Mind app for iPhone and iPad

2030 Hive Mind is a real-time policy simulation that explores how we can collaborate to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.

Commissioned by the Overseas Development Institute, and UNDP.

The game takes place in a fictional state where everyone is working to implement policies and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. You’ll be given a budget to spend on a range of policies. But without a critical mass of supporters, any policy and any Goal can fail. Collectively discover trade offs and collaborations as the gamel unfolds.

How to play:
There are dozens of policies to choose from in this real time simulation. Each has a different impact on the SDGs. In 2030 Hive Mind, however, only a critical subset of these policies can be active at the same time. To play, you must choose to fund not only policies that affect the goals that they are working on, but policies they think will gain a critical level of support from the rest of the players. If the players can coordinate their policy choices maybe we can achieve all of the goals by 2030.
